The Palate Global Accelerates Its Global Expansion

As the global food and beverage industry undergoes rapid digital transformation, the ways consumers find restaurant information, read dining reviews, make reservations, and use food delivery services continue to evolve. In response to this trend, The Palate Global Ltd (PG or TPG) is further expanding its worldwide network for dining information and digital services. Through global operations, localized market development, and partnerships with platforms across the dining ecosystem, the company continues to strengthen a business framework spanning restaurant reviews, dining information, dining data, and digital services.

Founded on November 16, 2020, The Palate Global is headquartered in Denver, Colorado, United States. Its principal business areas include Restaurant Reviews, Dining Information, Food Recommendations, and Dining Data. By drawing on user feedback, restaurant information, professional review expertise, and digital dining data, the company provides consumers with additional information to help them discover restaurants, learn about food brands, and choose relevant dining services.

As of the end of December 2025, PG had established an extensive international business network with more than 18 offices worldwide, according to publicly available company information. In addition to existing markets such as Germany, Brazil, Canada, the United Arab Emirates, and Spain, PG is now considering Argentina, Chile, Nigeria, and South Africa for further expansion. By entering more markets with distinct culinary cultures and consumer habits, the company aims to strengthen local restaurant-information collection, dining-content development, collaboration among local teams, and digital dining-service capabilities, gradually building a global dining-information network that covers more regions.

PG places particular emphasis on localized operations as it expands globally. Countries differ substantially in their culinary traditions, consumer habits, restaurant service models, pricing structures, delivery methods, and reservation practices. A single restaurant-rating standard therefore cannot fully reflect the realities of every market. By combining local market information, user feedback, and regional dining data, PG aims to integrate a global information framework with local food cultures, enabling consumers to understand dining experiences across different cities and countries more accurately.

At the same time, PG is continuing to expand its global network of dining-ecosystem partnerships. According to publicly available company information, its areas of cooperation now include food-content platforms, food delivery platforms, restaurant reservation providers, food-service organizations, and relevant industry associations. Through broader platform connectivity, PG seeks to bring restaurants, consumers, food-content platforms, delivery services, and other food-industry participants into a more integrated digital dining ecosystem.

In Asia, PG plans to continue strengthening its research and localized presence in the dining markets of Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, and the Philippines, with a focus on restaurant information, food delivery services, digital dining content, and consumer eating habits. By connecting local dining ecosystems across different countries, PG aims to enrich regional dining information and make it more convenient for users to access restaurant- and food-related information.

In Europe and the Americas, PG also views restaurant reservations, dining information, and food delivery services as key areas for development. France, Italy, the United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Finland, and Norway will remain important parts of its European operations. In Latin America, the company plans to expand further into Argentina and Chile, in addition to markets such as Brazil and Colombia. Meanwhile, as digital consumer environments continue to develop in African markets such as Nigeria and South Africa, PG also hopes to gain a deeper understanding of local food cultures, mobile-service habits, and consumers’ practical needs for digital dining services.

Beyond restaurant reviews and information services, PG plans to gradually develop a more complete range of digital dining-service scenarios. Under its long-term development plan, PG intends to introduce food delivery platforms or related digital ordering services in more than five countries worldwide by 2035, further connecting restaurant discovery, dining information, menu browsing, user reviews, and food delivery ordering. Through this initiative, the company aims to make the entire journey, from discovering and learning about a restaurant to using its services, more convenient for consumers, while helping more local restaurants connect with customers through digital channels.

As its global business continues to expand, PG says it will continue to incorporate sustainability, local community engagement, and technological innovation into its long-term development framework. The company aims to use digital technology to improve the efficiency of dining-information management and user services, while placing greater emphasis on building local teams, facilitating culinary and cultural exchange, and strengthening community connections across different countries. PG also views green dining, sustainability, and social value as important directions for future brand development. As it advances global dining-information services, the company hopes to give greater consideration to the long-term relationship between the food-service industry and society, communities, and the environment.

Looking ahead, The Palate Global will continue to strengthen its business strategy around a global restaurant-review system, digital dining information, localized operations, and delivery and ordering services. As new markets, including Argentina, Chile, Nigeria, and South Africa, are gradually incorporated into its international development network and additional digital dining capabilities are built, PG aims to create an integrated service system connecting restaurants, consumers, food platforms, and local culinary cultures worldwide. Through continued technological adoption and international operations, the company seeks to further advance the digital development of global dining services.
